Crew Member: This entry-level job comes with a lot of responsibilities. They usually work part-time and earn minimum hourly wages which is $8.00 more or less. They work in the food preparation process so their main duty is to assist prepare, cook, and serve the food. When needed, they can also work as cashiers. It is important for crew members to be a good team-player.
Cashier: They usually work full-time and complete the payment process and packing up the orders. Other duties include; counting the drawer down, the line is stocked up with food, the staff is ready and the restaurant area is clean. They could work on the frontline and also on the drive-through. Cashiers are also paid with a minimum hourly wage which could be $8.00 or $9.00. It is important to have good communication skills for this job.
Store Manager: This is a full-time job with executive duties such as hiring and training the staff. You have to make sure that your store meets up the cleaning standards and it operates well. They usually earn $35k to $40k annually.
Assistant Manager: They work closely with crew members and assist the store manager. They are responsible for all daily operations in the restaurants and provide customer service when needed. They can earn $12.00 per hour.
